I have small ears so you know in comparison to yourself.
When I put the earpiece in, it feels tight. When I walk around trying to cook, it gets loose and I think it feels like it's going to fall out. Maybe that's just the way it is. I take out the trash and go back to cooking. It feels wrong. I look in the mirror and as I reach for it, the earpiece falls out in my hand. Geez.
I watch tv and call sis. She hears me fine, as I do her. She says she hears the television, but it's not distracting.
Despite it feeling tight in my ear, the earpiece gets loosened easily.
The next day I put a foam cover on it. MUCH better. It stops the slipping. Despite how others forget it's in their ear, I know it's there. It is not painfully incomfortable, but I can only keep it in an hour or so before it gets too irritating.
I make a call from a restaurant at lunchtime. It's fairly noisy, but you can talk to the person at your table without problems.
You can't talk on the phone without problems. My sister said she could hear the background way better that she could hear me!
I couldn't hear her that well either.
When near a running car it wasn't bad on either end.
I could walk away from my phone about 50 feet before I heard the beeping signaling I've gone out of range.
Which can be helpful if you're like me and leave stuff everywhere.
I think I need soemthing with better noise cancellation features.
